I was so impressed with this company who recently came out and cleaned our office carpeting that I wanted to let you know about them. When we decided to have our carpets cleaned I called around for pricing. Naturell was the only company that I found locally that clean carpeting chemical free. The stains in some areas of our carpeting were so bad I really thought they would never be able to be removed and I really had my doubts about a company claiming to not use chemicals. I contacted Naturell to have them come out and give me a quote, I was very surprised at how incredibly low their prices were that again I had my doubts. I decided to go ahead and give them a try. On the day the gentleman showed up we were all in the office working, I was concerned about the noise, wet carpeting and of course whatever smells might come up during or after the treatment. He was so unobtrusive, the noise was not as bad as I was expecting and he cleaned the carpet while we were here working! He explained to me that the process they use doesn't soak the carpets so we could literally walk on them immediately. The other thing I noticed was how fast he got the job done! When I went to inspect his work I was shocked to see that the stains in our middle room were actually gone. Again, I had my doubts that those stains would come back up and mentioned this to him, he told me that their work is guaranteed and that if there was an issue just to call him and they would come right back out and take care of it. Well....., it has been 2 months since the cleaning was done and it has stayed the way he left it - stain free and beautiful! Not only that but I never even got the slightest whiff of any chemicals - I almost wondered if they even used soap. Needless to say, I STRONGLY recommend this company! It is always a pleasant experience when you receive good customer service, affordable pricing and an excellent product on your investment.

Naturell's cleaning service is a true value.  Naturell is more effective and less costly than most other services -- and, as bonuses, customer service is great and the cleaning solution used won't harm your health or the earth.  You get more for less?  Yes!

I am so pleased with my carpet cleaning that I'm thinking of getting it done again, even though the carpet still looks great.  When the Naturell cleaner finished, the carpet dried in less than 30 minutes and looked brand new, smelled great and cost exactly as quoted.  I am especially impressed with the cleaner's ability to clean without being intrusive and his attention to detail (he cleaned the carpet inside the closets and picked up all cables and wires to clean underneath them).  I now roll around happily on the carpet without fear of picking up past occupant dander.  

I highly recommend Naturell to my family and friends and here are the 5 reasons I say Naturell is the only one they should consider for carpet/upholstery/mattress cleaning:

Superior, longer-lasting clean:  Naturell has a patented cleaning technology that cleans just as effectively--if not better--than traditional cleaning methods that use potentially harmful, petroleum-based cleaners.  Moreover, Naturell does not require the use of oil-based cleaners at all, which is the case with all other carpet & upholstery cleaning methods currently used, including "green" carpet & upholstery cleaners that merely swap petroleum-based cleaners with natural vegetable or citrus-oil cleaners.  Because oil attracts dirt, the current method for cleaning carpets & upholstery will, as compared with Naturell's method, more quickly attract dirt to your carpet/upholstery/mattress.  And, the "sea-kelp" based cleaner used leaves your carpet/upholstery/mattress smelling great!  Combine the results with the quick cleaning time and you get a superior cleaning method that leaves the most particular and sensitive satisfied.
 
2. Quick drying reduces allergens:  Because Naturell doesn't use oil-based cleaners, it doesn't require massive amounts of water to remove its cleaning product.  Less water equals quicker drying time and, in fact, Naturell uses 95% less water than the current cleaning methods.  Also, because bacteria and mold populate in moisture, Naturell's quick drying cleaning method reduces the chances of bacteria and mold growth, which is better for those with allergies (and the rest of us since who likes the thought of mold in their carpet/upholstery/mattress?).

4.  Good for you and loved ones/furry ones and good for the earth:  Naturell's cleaning solution is non-toxic and therefore not bad for your health as compared with solutions used by other companies.  Because less water is required for the cleaning, Naturell doesn't need to arm its cleaners with large vans with large storage tanks to hold the dirty water that's pulled from your carpet/upholstery/mattress (including, if a petroleum-based product is used, the chemicals used to clean the carpet).  
 
5.  Great customer service:  Although Naturell's superior cleaning method sells itself, the people at Naturell go the extra mile to earn customer support.  The cleaner shows up at the scheduled time (no time window), cleans without getting in your way, cleans with attention to detail and then leaves you an invoice reflecting the price you were quoted.  If you want to know more about the cleaning method (and I did), the staff is very knowledgeable and will spend time to educate you about its first-rate cleaning method.
